BAM Adventure Boot Camp is a four week outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training – packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.

this is the program for you!

What to Expect from Adventure Boot Camp:

One hour a day for 4 weeks
M-W-TH  5:00AM – 6:00AM or M-W-TH 5:30am -6:30am or 6:30PM – 7:30PM M-W-TH
Dynamic instruction from a Certified Fitness Trainer
Spaces fill quickly for this unique experience!
